ReplyDeleteAnyhow, I'm afraid my memory was not the best at the first proper self-practice of the 6PM Monday class - my apologies. Thanks for supplying the emergency crib-sheet (the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away :-) and the verbal reminders. Hopefully, it can only get better.
For those runs of sequences that clearly group together and that I could therefore remember, self-practice did have a different feel. I was synchronising moves to my own breath instead of synchronising with the class. I think I was less tired at the end because of this, but it could also have been due to the moves that were entirely forgotten. :-)
Anyhow, see you on Monday!
